Robin began his radio career in 1978 with FM108 (Energy) and remained there for 11 years. He then left 108 in 1989 for the Canadian Radio Networks to broadcast on numerous AM and FM stations across Canada with his all request and dedication show. Robin was offered a spot with Hamilton's 900 CHML weekends and recently Friday evenings with AM 740 radio in Toronto. People always ask, "does Robin play just oldies at his dances and weddings?" That's understandable because that's what he's well known for on the air, but the answer is NO. Robin plays everything. You may have already danced to his music at the CNE, Nathan Phillips Square, Canada's Wonderland, weddings, company parties and thousands of other great events.
